TRAINING POLICIES

By enrolling in our Training Course, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

Blushed Fx strictly adheres to Australian Consumer Law when it comes to refund policies. Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind regarding your chosen course or accidental purchases. While course fees are generally non-refundable, we do consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision resting with our Managing Director.

Cancellations and Reschedules:

This policy encompasses two sections. Section 1 pertains to the cancellation of in-person training courses (excluding Online Courses) within the initial 48-hour cooling-off period. Section 2 covers cancellations beyond this period for both in-person and online training where applicable.

Section 1 (In-Person Training Only):
Students attending in-person training courses are eligible for a 48-hour cooling-off period starting from the time of their initial booking fee/deposit payment. During this time, you may cancel your enrollment (excluding Online Training Courses, which are available for immediate access). In case of cancellation within the cooling-off period, Blushed Fx will refund any fees paid within twenty-one (21) days upon receiving written notification.

Section 2 (Applies to All Training Courses):

A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required at registration.
If a training course is canceled within 10 days before the first training/course day, 50% of the tuition fee will be charged.
If canceled within 48 hours of the course start date, 100% of the tuition fee will be charged.
Once a training course has commenced (in-person or online), the full tuition fee becomes strictly non-refundable.

Sick Notice:

If a student feels unwell before or during a training course (in-person or online), immediate notice must be given to the educator. We strive to accommodate such cases where possible. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, students will still receive their kit (if applicable) and a credit toward future services or training, including online options.

For Online Training Courses:

Enrolment grants immediate access to course content; therefore, there is no cooling-off period.
All payments for online courses are non-refundable.
Students have access to course materials until completion.
To receive certification, all assessments must be completed and submitted within the course timeframe.
Third-party payment services (e.g., AfterPay, ZipPay, ZipMoney, Humm, Payright) are independent of Blushed Fx. We are not responsible for their terms, fees, or processing.

Access & Certification:
Each course is licensed for one individual student only, with a unique login provided per enrollee. Each student will receive their own certificate of completion. Course access and materials are not to be shared or distributed with others.

If you require training for multiple students, please contact us to arrange a custom training package tailored to your needs.

Deposits/Booking Fee:

All payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable. These cover your course access, kit (if applicable), supplies, and preparation. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we appreciate 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests.

Invoice:

Invoices are due within 24 to 48 hours. If payment is not received, your preferred training date may be released to other potential students.

Guest Policy (In-Person Training Only):

Due to limited space, no guests or children are permitted during in-person training.

Models for Students (Primarily for In-Person Training):

Blushed Fx reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is unwell, intoxicated, or disoriented. Models must arrive on time, sign consent forms, pay in cash (if applicable), and understand retention may vary as students are still training.

Students are responsible for sourcing their own models.
You may use the same model on multiple training days.
Facebook Groups are available to assist with finding models.
If no models are available, mannequin practice will be used as needed.

Model Requirements (In-Person):

Models must arrive with clean natural lashes, no makeup, and no extensions. They must be able to lay down comfortably for up to 3 hours. Arrival time will be confirmed via email.

Support:
Ongoing support is available during and after your training. We are committed to helping every student succeed and encourage you to reach out whenever needed.
